Your Presentation
I enjoyed attending your presentation at the construction show at
Chicago's McCormick Place... so much so that I skipped the other one I'd
planned to attend so I could hear more of yours. I liked your
high-energy, upbeat delivery style and the new knowledge I gained from
your content. The exercise with the numbers was an effective way to
make your point and get the audience involved. It was also smart that
you provided note paper for the group, just in case people forgot to
bring some.
I like the real-world examples you gave to illustrate your points and to demonstrate that your approach translates into success when applied. What particularly struck a chord with me was the sunroom guy who wasn't advertising to new customers the type of support he provides to his past customers. That really hit home with me and my business.
Your Offerings
I appreciate the low pressure approach you take to coaching me. I know that I always have the final say which makes me feel comfortable listening to all the suggestions you have. I also like the knowledge, experience and proven techniques you bring to the table. You have a wide variety to options when I'm looking for a way to approach my customers or potential customers. I don't feel you are trying to force fit your suggestions and I appreciate your honesty when you admit you may not know exactly what I'm facing in my exact situation with my specific customers. suggestions and information. Email is working well for us and I feel
the calls help to keep things on target and accelerate my progress when
juggling the various new marketing initiatives I'm doing. I also like
